Do not forget to enter the contact e-mail address of the company no later than 24 February 2022.
Pursuant to the amendment to the Companies Act (ZGD-1K), the company must have a contact e-mail address entered in the Business Register of Slovenia. The obligation applies to capital and personal companies, as well as to economic interest associations and branches of foreign companies.
The obligation does not apply to sole proprietors.
Companies that have a registered e-mail address and have indicated that they do not want its public publication must notify that they allow the public publication of the entered e-mail address or must submit another e-mail address for registration.
