The Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia (FURS) has published the news that it will simplify the submission of REK forms by 1 April 2022.
The new form, the so-called iREK, will enable the correction of an individual individual REK form. This means that it will no longer be necessary to correct the entire submitted REK form. Taxpayers will propose data on individual REK forms by individual income recipient.
To further simplify submissions, they will set up a data set for the automatic calculation of accrued and payable liabilities and the calculation of total amounts for tax accounting. The calculation of the necessary data for the establishment of receivables in tax accounting will be enabled on the eDavki portal.
With the possibility of supplementing the iREK form, the current reporting via the ZAP-M form will be abolished. iREK will also be the basis for the abolition of REK-1, REK-1a, REK-1f and REK-2.
